Emilia Rigová

She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Banská Bystrica, the Sculpture and Applied Media studio. Today, she is an active artist and university teacher. She is a holder of the OskarChepan Prize for young Slovak artists from 2018 and a holder of Roma Spirit 2018. Her main themes are cultural or social stereotypes, alter ego, Roma identity and psychological shadows.
